The tender process which they put in place worked very well for us and we achieved an excellent result at the end of the three weeks. Before putting our property on the market we approached three real estate companies (including Bayleys) for an appraisal. Two of them provided a similar expected sale price but Lesley and Steve were confident that they would be able to achieve a higher sale price. They were very strong on communication throughout the process and we knew exactly what was happening.
