Leona gave up on her tricky client, leaving my wife and myself having to get our lawyer involved. We had to take possession of the keys and move the vendor out of the house ourselves as she didn’t seem to care once she had been paid. Leona only arrived to the house to assess the situation once our lawyer started threatening action against her. I would not recommend Leona or tall poppy realestate. We raised our concerns with tall poppy head office and their customer service liaison offered both verbally and in writing, an olive branch of a gift basket and a stay in a hotel which has yet to eventuate. Any effort to follow up has been avoided by the company. I believe this was an effort to avoid a complaint being laid to the R.E.A. as they generally are time sensitive so it seems the stalling is to prevent the complaint being accepted.

Leona guided me in the presentation , price expectation and advice of what I needed to put in place . 2 offers in a week was not expected , a closed result after week 2 shows a professional approach .
