We have been very happy with Leon and Team Mitchell’s service. From our first phone enquiry to the day our house sold they have been friendly, informative, reliable, professional and constantly hard working. We put our house on the market during a difficult macro-economic environment. Despite many weeks with on the market and several unexpected reversals of fortune, Leon and Team Mitchell never gave up and kept doing regular private viewings, weekend open homes and following up with potential buyers. Their persistence eventually paid off and we are happy with the price they got for us in this currently very difficult market. Their communication have been fantastic throughout the whole process with weekly email summaries and also at least weekly telephone calls to keep us in the loop. Team Mitchell were also incredibly helpful with organising staging and landscaping along many other tasks that we needed to outsource as we live in a different city to the property.
