Lena - A* - just a pleasure to deal with from start to final completion. Great communication throughout the process. Highly recommended

Lena was very informative with discussing our problems and offering information to solve them. We find her a very pleasant person to deal with and she has helped everything go smoothly. A big thank you Lena

Lena was wonderful to work with. Nothing was a problem, she explained everything, was very patient with us and constantly put us at ease. Jamin and Kyle were also fabulous to deal with. We couldn’t recommend Lena and her team more highly. Thank you for everything Lena, we really appreciate it.

Thank you Lena from the open home to the sale you were amazing to deal with. The quick responses and attentiveness was awesome, nothing was a problem. Thank you Lena so excited to move into my new home. You were amazing!

We found Lena to be extremely efficient and reliable in her dealings with selling 10a Clementine Lane and our purchase of our new property at the Malt works Lifestyle village. Cheers Dianne and Errol O’Daniels

Lena was absolutely amazing and very professional. She didn't push to get our property on the market before it was ready, helped us with ideas to tidy up and get it looking as best we could before going to market. She put thought and effort into open home times, choosing the right photos and the best marketing approach for our particular property. 5 stars!

Very knowledgeable Was always available Nothing seemed a problem

Lena was great to deal with, she kept us informed and provided us with all the information we needed for an easy, smooth transaction.

From the get go to the final transaction I had nothing but fastidious service from Lena Mercer. For every question there was a prompt detailed answer from her. Any calls were replied to immediately, and with a very bubbly response. I am more than pleased that we chose Lena as our agent. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get the best deal and service on the proceedings to sell their property.

Lena is hands down the best agent that I have worked with - helping me to buy two houses over the last 3 years. She has a 'no crap' policy, is personable and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lena with anyone looking to buy or sell their property.
