We have recently bought our first home and we are so grateful to Len for all of his support. It was a bit overwhelming for us when we first began house hunting, but once we engaged with Len, he made it so easy and straight forward. Len always had our best interests at heart and cared about finding the best possible first home for us. Some of our friends have worked with other agents and they felt that their main goal was to get commission - at no point did we feel like Len's goal was commission. Len was so thorough and looked out for things which we never would have considered. Len always made time for us, often working late on a Friday night to book us in for open homes etc. We bought our home at auction and it was the first auction we had attended, so naturally we were nervous.
