Excellent support for first-home buyers – smooth process from start to finish

Although Leigh Jackson was the listing agent, we mainly dealt with her associate, Vicky Muir. As first-home buyers, the process was new to us, but Vicky made it smooth and stress-free. She coordinated closely with the bank and lawyer, kept everyone in the loop, and ensured all paperwork was handled efficiently—even over the Christmas and New Year holidays. She was friendly, approachable, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable about the property and the area. Vicky also followed up on issues promptly, including organising fibre installation and repairs before we moved in.
