Highly recommend Leigh. Great agent. House was represented exactly as the pics showed (no misleading pics). Leigh is friendly and practical with an outstanding response time. Every query or email was dealt with super fast. Any seller/buyer would be lucky to have her.
I’m so grateful to Leigh for making the sale of my home such a positive experience! From day one, she was supportive, enthusiastic, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. Her communication was top-notch—she checked in regularly, kept me updated on every detail, and was always just a quick call or text away. Not only did she provide great advice on preparing the home for sale, she also made me feel like I had someone in my corner who genuinely cared about my goals. With her guidance, the house sold faster than I could’ve imagined and at a fantastic price. I wholeheartedly recommend Leigh to anyone looking for a real estate agent who’s not only a true professional but also a kind and trustworthy partner in the process! Thank you Leigh!!
Leigh was wonderful to work with, her knowledge of the local market made our decision to go with Arizto very easy. She was always very prompt with communication and keeping us infored informed throughout the sale process.
Our buying experience with Leigh was great. She communicated clearly and promptly with us throughout the process and gave excellent advice when needed. Her knowledge of the local market is adept and she clearly understands the need of her buyers.
Leigh has been extremely professional through my entire purchase journey. Also being patience with regards to all my queries. I do think she knows market price very well so she knows how to make sure the price is not overestimated for buyers as well as not underestimated for sellers.
The headline says it all 10 out of ten in all departments ,communication ,professional approach , Helpful at all times and i can't believe the service for only 2 percent plus gst and feel sorry for over sellers getting charged 4 percent plus some advertising costs . We would recommend Leigh to anyone selling or buying a house
She communicated and kept us update continually. Always a smile on her face and very respectful. She is truly a perfectionist and we would rate her No 1.
Leigh is an outstanding real estate agent who displayed professionalism from our first meeting, continuing right through the process. Her knowledge of the market, coupled with her attention to the value of communication made our listing experience flawless.
She was spot on with the pricing range, was professional but also easy to get along with. We would happily recommend her services to anyone looking to market their home.
Great communication and explaining process . Great result in current market. Great work Leigh !!
We found Leigh very efficient in her role, it's clear her years of experience in the real estate sector yields benefits for both vendor and purchaser. Leigh went the extra mile to see that the house was warm for the chilly winter open homes while we were out of town unexpectedly as well as being present for the necessary follow up appointments related to agreement conditions. The bonus of having her move to a company that has great fees made the decision to trust her with marketing our property even easier. The Arizto systems seemed convenient to work with, while traveling it was simple to get paperwork sorted from a phone and we noticed a clear difference when we had to use a different agency to purchase a property.
Leigh has been wonderful to work with. She understood and appreciated what we needed to get us into the property we wanted. Her communication skills we excellent and always reported back to us in a very timely manner.
