Communication was great right from the beginning. We were happy with the photos provided of the property. We booked a viewing which was arranged to suit us, as we were travelling from Auckland. During the viewing Lee was very professional in her approach. Lee gave us as much information as she knew about the property. Lee did not force or try to over sell the property to us. We made it clear to Lee that we were 1st home buyers and everything we do from here is a learning and going to be a learning if we pursue to purchase the property. Lee was very helpful with advising us things that we will need to do and be mindful of, which in the end was very helpful for us. Any further communication we had with Lee was great. Lee was always prompt in her responses to emails and or text messages.
