Lee was fantastic to deal with from the moment we spoke. Lee allocated time to me at short notice which I so appreciated, she was professional and easy to establish rapport with. Lee was helpful and informative throughout the process, and was very proficient with all communications.

Lee's market knowledge was spot on and communication was great . Lee was very fast signed up within a short space of time an offer had come. So no problems with the Agent. Only two viewers which was great.

I very much liked that everything could be done with only one meeting. During that first meeting we agreed the parameters and set up the online portal for communication. Thereafter all discussions, correspondence and offers were dealt with online. Regular updates showing enquiries, viewings etc, were sent by email. I was even able to negotiate and sign everything online. In the current COVID climate that was particularly attractive for me as I am recovering from a serious medical condition. Lee was very good at keeping in touch and keeping me up to date (thank you). Overall I am very happy and impressed with the process and with Lee.

I think Lee's market knowledge is fine - Quick to put on the market - no signage went up at all. We were asked if furniture was included and replied no - but she told Purchasers there were 2 beds available and the purchasers paid through money to our account which meant the hassle of refunding to them. Settlement day came and went - no word from Lee or appearance. I had to take our spare keys to the Purchasers and they said they had not heard anything further from her either. All in all a bit disappointing with communication and follow up - we felt like she was thinking sale completed and couldn't be bothered with a little good will or communication at the conclusion of same.

We would like to thank Lee for helping us along the journey of selling our home. We found her to be very careing and understanding at a time that can be very stressful.
