In our opinion, Lee is the RE agent 'par excellence'! She really did exceed all our expectations!

Lee, quite simply, has a very uncomplicated streamlined process. At our first meeting, she ensured that she had a very complete list of all the things we might wish to see in our new home and she boosted our confidence right off, with the assurance that she thought this was all very doable, and so it was! She seemed to have a good grasp of what we were looking for and after only 4 viewings, each accompanied by healthy discussion, she took us to a place which we were genuinely excited about. She then guided us, with very good advice, through the process of bidding successfully for the property. We were amazed that we had arrived at our 'destination' so soon and she further amazed us when revealed that she had met her own deadline for 'finding Kath & John a house'. As the song says 'Nobody does it better'! Then just to prove that she has even more hidden talents, she proceeded to organise for us to house-sit a property for 3 weeks, which was the gap between our moving out of our old home and moving into our new house. All the while her communication was honest, helpful and spiced with very suitable humour. Lee has a very good understanding of the ChCh property market and certainly an excellent rapport with other agents in the field. She was able to discover quite quickly what was out there that would met the needs of her clients. A true professional. We could not recommend her more highly.
