Have worked with Lee-Anne for over 18 months as we came to terms with downsizing our beautiful rural property , to something more comfortable due to our age concerns. Marketing is a strong point in her repertoire , as Lee-Anne worked through a number of alternatives in order to arrive at best pricing, and ways to present to the public. Once on the market the options came quickly, and the property soon sold to our satisfaction. Lee-Anne is highly motivated and engaging without the hustle some have.
