At some point I was a little frustrated with the whole process but she was very understanding and was able to calm me down just in the way she responded. She was professional and at the same time down to earth, loving and very approachable. I noticed how balanced her approach was ensuring that both the buyer and the seller needs were considered and that everything was transparent throughout the process. We loved our home and we took care of it well and we needed to sell it at a set price to ensure that we could move on and start our next project and this was well understood. Having said that we also needed to ensure that the home was going to buyers that would value the home also.
