Not very professional hard to get hold of didn't have the keys to the garage on final inspection and power was off and informed her about the sensor light above garage Not working on day of settlement and still not got back to me so not very satisfied with the service and professionalism

Lee Ann is lovely and friendly. She communicates well and helped us brainstorm through the process of submitting an offer. Then followed up with how we were progressing with our conditions of offer. She was really helpful when we viewed the house discussing potential ideas and our vision. Pre settlement inspection she provided batteries for the air conditioning remotes and reminded us to check all the PowerPoints which was great.
