I would not recommend this agent, she failed to tell me that the vendor and myself had the same lawyer, told me the wrong information regarding the certificate title, she told me what she had would not be want the bank needed and to have the lawyer send through to the bank his copy, my mortgage broker told me this was incorrect and then sorted it out with Leanne. sent the signed purchase agreement to the old lawyer instead of the new. failed to send through certificate of title with purchase agreement to mortgage broker, had me fill in the pre settlement form, only to find out that she needed to have done this so it would have gone to the vendors lawyers as well as my own. It has now been over a month since I purchased the property and the sales sign is still up, even though I have contacted her twice regarding this.
Leanne worked with enthusiasm and professionalism to achieve the sale of our property. She kept us informed fully as the listing progressed.
