I have wanted to write to you to express our sincere gratitude for helping us with the decision to sell and the sale of our home at Ferry Landing. Lea, as you know this was a very difficult decision for us, had it not been for the Covid 19 Pandemic we could not have offered the property to the market, but with worldwide border closures and no definite plan in place for a Trans-Tasman bubble we decided that the home was too precious to us to leave empty and renting was not an option for us. As I have said, it was a difficult decision to put the property on the market, but it was the trust you installed in us of your commitment to the entire sale process, and whatever decision we made at the end of our Tender campaign that made us take that step. Lea we have sold may properties as you are aware, but we have never encountered an agent like you, from the marketing strategy you put in place, to the photography and then onto the vetting of potential buyers – your professionalism and experience was spot on, and on top of that you looked after our home like it was your own in our absence. The end result of our Tender campaign is still what I describe as “bittersweet”; bitter as parting with our home was sad, but sweet that you achieved a record price for us, validating all the hard work we had put into the property and all your hard work throughout the campaign. Lea, you encouraged us to press on when we were getting early offers (which a lot of agents wouldn’t have done) then presented multiple offers at the close of Tender, securing us a sale price of which we could not refuse, there is not another agent in the entire area that I would recommend over you.
