Making the customer matter

Right from start Layne was in my good books as she was recommended by a friend. This did also mean it set a bar she needed to meet. Everything I was told was true. Layne has a wonderful engaging nature that put me at ease. Every step of the process was explained up front in a language I could understand. Every question I had was treated with respect, however naive it was. This meant I had a very good understanding from the start. As we progressed on our journey of selling the property everything went well, as clear and regular communcation was provided from Layne. Even the few minor challenges that came up were easily dealt with. Been the first time selling a property for me, I was apprehensive going into the unknown. Layne has made this a very good experience for me and I will always be thankful. Cheers Paul
