Lawrence helped us to close the deal in specific ways: 1- Lawrence acted promptly and efficiently to remove the roadblocks we had to make the deal happen. 2-He did not negotiate with other potential purchasers while we were negotiating with the vendor, that was very respectful. 3- We could negotiate the price without getting locked in a signed S&P agreement.
