Lawrence's service was much better than what we experienced from agents from other well-known agencies. Much less aggressive, more honest and human. Lawrence helped us to close the deal in specific ways: 1- Lawrence acted promptly and efficiently to remove the roadblocks we had to make the deal happen. 2-He did not negotiate with other potential purchasers while we were negotiating with the vendor, that was very respectful. 3- We could negotiate the price without getting locked in a signed S&P agreement. This helped a lot as once we signed the S&P we were almost ready to become unconditional. Many thanks for helping us close the deal !
