We got Lawrence to help sell my mother's home, only to discover just before we went to market it didn't have a CCC, so a simple campaign ended up taking months as we needed to get some restorative work done. He was very kind and supportive throughout this period. When we finally did get to market the communications and recommendations were excellent.
