Thanks to Lawrence Liew and Jo Morris for their hard work to get our house sold in a difficult and declining housing market. They offered good advice, and are a pleasure to deal with. Lawrence especially demonstrated professional integrity to make it work for us to transition smoothly into our new home! Great teamwork is the pillar of success. We would have no hesitation in recommending Team Lawrence to anyone who needs their expertise!
Lawrence gave us a very realistic expectation of what we could expect from the market and delivered on what he stated. Other agents have over promised and not being able to deliver on those promises, but Lawrence was right on the mark. We have been very happy with our dealings with Lawrence.
Appreciated the professional approach of Lawrence and his team. The marketing allowed us to achieve the result that we required. It was an advantage to use an agent who was knowledgeable about the area.
We recently sold my mothers house and moved her into a retirement village, we had a short time frame to get the house ready for sale. Lawrence and his team were fantastic and a pleasure to deal with, they made the process easy, they are professional, knowledgeable and were there to help at all stages. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Bayleys team.
Lawrence was always very professional, and offered good advice, based on his knowledge of the housing market. He made selling our house, as stress free as possible.
Lawrence made us feel well supported in what could have been a challenging process as it is thirty three years since we sold our previous home and things are very different now. Our Lawyer asks us to obtain appraisals from three different Real Estate companies. We made the correct choice in selecting Lawrence and Jo Morris to look after our sale. He was very professional and at the same time enthusiastic. We were very pleased that they constantly kept us informed over the time our home was on the market. We were very fortunate to get the price we did for our home in a time when prices are dropping so rapidly and Lawrence’s skills contributed to the good outcome.
Recently in a difficult market Lawrence achieved an excellent sale price for me. His professionalism and communication during the process was very reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
We have known Lawrence for some time now, having met initially at an open-home. Lawrence has always listened well to our needs, reflected the status of the market, and gave us the options. He did not pressure us with too much information and patiently walked us through the process of selling our home, with a successful outcome. His understanding of the market is excellent, and his appreciation of his clients needs even better. I would highly recommend Lawrence any day. Thank you.
I strongly recommend Lawrence for his professional service in selling our property. He has provided excellent market insights and presented our property absolutely fantastic. The entire sale experience was highly satisfactory and stress less. Thank you Lawrence and the team.
Lawrence and Jo worked really well to present our home in the best light to a range of serious buyers. We were very impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and the great support they provided throughout the process. Especially as we were overseas. We achieved a brilliant result and really appreciate the extra efforts you provided in making sure our home went to the right people. Lawrence and Jo come highly recommended.
My wife and I have chosen Lawrence to sell both our houses (Howick and Pakuranga) in the last 2 years. We have found him to be knowledgeable of the local market and the fact that we chose Lawrence to market our second property speaks for itself. From our experiences I would have no hesitation in recommending Lawrence to friends in the area if they were looking to sell their property.
Lawrence is the right man at the right place. His depth of knowledge of the market is excellent. His advice and calmness in the crunch times are priceless.
