After 35 years at our house we decided it was time to move on.

We new from the beginning of our journey who would be selling our house that was Lawrence who had sold firstly my brothers home then my sisters homes. Both were so happy with his results. Lawrence the beginning listened was so professional, great communication and answered all questions as after 35 yesrs in our second home His whole team have been impressive, from taking the photos a magic man our open homes so smoothly they went . Out house was on the market 3 weeks !There was not a person who came down our busy street didn’t know our house was for sale , large signage. huge flag with Lawrence’s face on excellent marketing . Auction day was very nervous for us but it went like clockwork . $35000 over the reserve!! All we can say is what a great team, lucky you Lawrence thanks also goes to Kamal so calm, Johnny what a hell if a job you did.
