We’re out of town sellers, and Lauryn made the process extremely easy for us - recomended trusted tradespeople to prepare the house for sale, scheduled and co-ordinated work being done, and even sorted an unknown title issue on our behalf. Lauryn had two offers for us within a few days, and we accepted an offer less than a week after listing. Couldn’t recommend Lauryn more highly.
