Selling a property can be stressful, but Lauryn made the process feel manageable from the very beginning. She handled everything with integrity and went above and beyond when circumstances arose that could have delayed or affected the sale to explain things or work out a way with a purchaser to see the property (road works in this case, where a major barrier!). We met Lauryn when she did a door knock in our area, looking for a house for her buyer. Although we weren’t really considering selling, we thought we had nothing to lose so were happy for her to bring her buyer (which turned out to be ‘buyers’!) through and within 24 hours we had received a great offer that we couldn’t refuse. During the whole process Lauryn was very reassuring and nothing was a bother. Lauryn then assisted us to find a new property to purchase and she provided the same excellent service to us as we threw her many curve balls as our needs and wants evolved.
