He's got good connections with a great house stager (well worth it). He's got a good eye for suggesting minor maintenance/improvements to maximise saleability. An all round good bugger.
Laurie was awesome, he was very knowledgeable about the property but honest and efficient when we asked a question that he wasn’t sure of getting back to us with an answer promptly. Laurie went above and beyond working with us to ensure that we had the best chance possible at purchasing this property and making the seller happy. If we ever some to sell, we will be definitively be working with Laurie as he doesn’t look down on anyone and speaks in a language that we could understand ensuring that we purchased our first home with all the knowledge we would need. Laurie's knowledge of the market was good, explained to me as much as he could seen as I was a 1st time seller. He communication was ok. He was always very professional. Towards the final stages of the sale the communication sort of dropped off but we got there in the end. Over all 1st time experience was not too bad.
