Laurel was brilliant from the first time we met. Knew nearly everything about the properly and if she was not sure she found out straight away and communicated to us the information we needed. Was honest and understanding to our needs. Laurel was professional and tried her hardest to make the deal happen. Once our home was purchased we were greeted with our keys and found a lovely little present for our son and home warming gift also.
