We were pleased and relieved that Laura managed to complete a sale after the difficult and unchartered territory of Covid and the resulting Lockdown which completely put the market on its head. Laura's communication during the sale process was excellent and she had to do a lot of extra legwork to get a sale completed, perhaps slightly underestimating the difficulty of selling a Company Share property, but once again Covid had a lot to do with a change in the market and resulting attitude of the Banks.
