Laura is an exceptional agent. She communicates clearly, has integrity and gives great advice. Laura listened to my preferences and adapted her selling approach to my needs never pushing her view. She went way over what could reasonably expected of her. I live a distance from the property, Laura checked the house in bad weather, let me know of any issues and usually sorted them, including replacing a shower cutain at her own cost! She worked well with the tenants meaning they stayed while the property was on the market. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any seller or buyer.
