We are first home buyers and didn’t know what to expect with our experience. We are a married couple of 16 years and have weathered a lot in life, most recent we fostered our baby niece for three years. After a major change adjusting to not having her in our care anymore we decided it was time to get our first home. Our experience of Laura was incredibly important for us considering the emotions behind buying our first home, and where we had just come from. The surrounding challenges with vendors and supporting services made for a stressful time. We have to acknowledge the agent, Laura Lyttelton, for going above and beyond her call of duty to get us through, unscathed! At the lowest points Laura was always there to support and emotionally guide us through, at the highest points Laura celebrated each success with us. I believe we had a rare agent who was on the one hand genuine and honest, but also expressed professionalism in the same instance; we needed both and we feel very lucky to have had such a person who saw us over the finish line. We knew the house was unique and not be everyone’s cup of tea with particular oddities. But those eccentricities spoke to both our tastes, reminiscent of childhood charms and comforts, we fell in love instantly. We would love to use Laura in the future when we sell and buy another home, but we can honestly say that may not be needed because our first home experience is our perfect home! We will forever refer people to Laura for their selling and buying needs! We will never lose our gratitude for the person Laura is, and how special she has become by carrying us through one of the most stressful yet significant journey’s in our lives. Thank you Laura!

Laura was so lovely from the get go, very knowledgeable and upfront about everything to do with the property and current market value.
