Amazingly Striaghtforward!

As a first-time buyer, the whole process of buying a house was quite daunting to approach and navigate but Laura was incredibly kind from the outset. During the open home she was transparent and honest when discussing any small part of the property and took the time to explain her thoughts in a way that I could understand. Afterwards she kept in touch often as I worked with the council to clarify their records of the property and, once that was sorted, assisted me in making my offer, explaining each condition outlined on what they would mean and recommending (which my lawyer agreed was smart to do) to simplify my offer as she noted what I wanted to outline was already covered by a condition. The whole process went much smoother than I was expecting and it was in no small part thanks to Laura guiding me through it. Would absolutely recommend working with her, especially if it's someone’s first time and are nervous on the process as she'll guide you through it amazingly.
