Friendly and fantastic communicator

Laura was wonderful to work with. She was responsive and available when needed without being over-bearing which I have found with previous agents. Easy to work with, warm, friendly and goes above and beyond. She even stood out in a rainstorm holding an umbrella over me while I put the SOLD sign up!
