Lara was great to deal with and excellent at keeping us updated at every stage of the process. She knew a lot about the property and was very quick at getting answers to the questions we had - not only before we moved in but also just after, making sure that we were settling in well and had no issues. I think I appreciated that part the most, in hindsight - she didn’t just hand over the keys and leave us to it. She followed up to make sure we were happy, which was lovely.
