For most of the marketing process I was out of the country. Lane Sanger contacted me at least twice a week with information of Open Home group numbers, and potential buyers. The property market during the selling period was in a difficult phase with prices unstable and buyers finding finance difficult to arrange. Lane sifted potential buyers to ensure they would be able to deliver financially and not waste time with offers that were bound to fail. If one had a property to sell as a condition of purchase he would visit the property and assess the market in their area to ensure their selling conditions were realistic. Some were not.
