Lane did an excellent job selling my mother's house of 27 years so she could move into a retirement village. We were looking for a quick sale and settlement and he absolutely delivered on that, as well as achieving a price towards the top end of the range he had estimated. His estimate was materially higher than an alternative price we received from a different agency as well, showing he had a very good understanding of the area/market.
