We met Lance as the agent from a property we fell in love with and put in an offer. He was excellent to deal with and answered any questions promptly Lance was very informative and assisted us the whole way through to a conditional offer. We then used Lance for an appraisal on our house that we had to sell, and decided to sign up with Lance for selling our place too. Using Lance to sell our place was the best thing we could've done. He got lots of attention to our place and we had 5 bidders on the day of auction with a successful sale.
