Lance sold my property under pretty trying conditions! It was located well outside where he is based, the house was in poor condition and he had to deal with an acrimonious relationship between the owners, with one being forced by the Courts to sell. Lance dealt with these challenges in a professional manner and didn't get flustered. A great experience for me as the seller!

It is eazy to sell property when is market up, but Lance was working hard to sell my house when prices were going quickly down.
