Work extremely hard on the property, had an offer in 6 days, they did not complete the sale but Lance hustled hard to get us another offer which he secured and it was unconditional in 3 days……. Kept us updated on finding the final purchaser and it was a very clean and fast deal. The price was in his range of appraisal and we were happy with the final outcome.
