She has been amazing, and very professional. We were struggling for some time to be able to upsize because we needed to sell our house before buying a new one. All other agents we talked to, propose that we sell our house and put a longer settlement date to give us time to find something. We didn't feel comfortable with this idea, as we didn't know if we could find a house to move into and didn't want to end up buying any house because of the time pressure. Lana took the time to understand our needs and came up with an amazing proposal. She put together a plan to bring potential buyers that were willing to wait for us to get home. She went above and beyond and also helped us find our new place. We've got an amazing offer on our place on the first day! After that offer fell (because we couldn't secure a new place) Lana continued working very hard to find the right buyer and made sure that everything aligned with our needs and timing. We ended up selling our house for a great price and thanks to this we secured our dream home! The communication was superb and without a doubt, I would choose her again!

Mostly good experience overall but definitely some communication issues at certain points of the sale. We were given incorrect information regarding both insurance and Internet. We also requested that she did not call us for a couple of hours while we were attending a ceremony. We recieved a call during this time that was not urgent and didn't require any immediate action from us. Excluding these few issues she was very positive and mostly helpful.

From the first time Lana entered our property she made us feel relaxed and know that she had everything in hand. Lana has been doing real estate for a long time and what she does not know about areas, lawyers council etc is not worth knowing. We were so chilled about her knowledge of all things real estate, we just left everything to her and she came threw and sold our listing without us having to do a thing. You can not beat experience and Lana has bucket loads which shows in her results!

Lana was very professional in her dealings with us. She explained in detail the paperwork for our offer before we signed it. She was good at phoning us to let us know how our offer was progressing and shared in our frustrations when there were delays. She has a lovely outgoing, friendly personality. The only frustration in dealing with her was that she wasn't good at answering texts and we often had to ring her to get hold of her.
