When we turned up to the open home, we appreciated that Lachie was friendly and able to answer our questions, but also gave us time to look around without making us feel pressured. Being the professional he is, he followed up on our visit. We weren't initially in a position to progress further, and he respected that. Then our situation changed and we went back for a second open home. Lachie remembered us, and again was helpful in answering our further questions.
