From the first moment that we stepped foot into the open home, Kylie came across with a warm presence yet strong knowledge which is what one would expect in this industry. Her communication was excellent from day 1 and answering all our queries where possible and if unable she endeavored to find the answer out for us and would reply promptly with the information requested. We have not had very good experiences in the past with agents which has left us reluctant to trust or reply on any future agents. Kylie has raised the bar for us and restored our faith that there are genuine agents still out there who really do care about their givers as well as their vendors.
