Never before have we met or dealt with a real estate agent who had so much genuine warmth and enthusiasm over selling a property. The auction day was a nervous time for us, as Kylie told us that there was another bidder, and we honestly thought that we'd blown it. So when the auction started and the other bidder pulled out and the hammer fell to us, we were totally overjoyed. And to add a nice touch, we got to meet the vendors too, which we suspect Kylie may have had something to do with. We also got to walk out of the room with a nice bottle of Champers which we polished off that night in celebration. To sum up, if you want the extra personal touch when selling or buying your property, Kylie would be hard to beat.
