Kylie was very caring and genuine when we brought a house through her. From the get go she was non-judgmental towards us and honest with her answers about the house if we had questions and if she didn't know would get back to us. Kylie is an amazing asset for real estate Taupo. Our plan was a challenge in itself - to sell 2 houses pre-Christmas within 4 weeks in order to purchase our dream property. Kylie got straight to work, listing my property (and first viewings/open home) while we were overseas on holiday. She was so confident from the start that she had buyers for both our properties, and she wasn't wrong! Kylie has such a calm, kind nature that really helped make me feel at ease the entire time, but I know that the entire time she was working so hard behind the scenes to pull everything together - which she did, even when it came down to the last hour to pull everything together!! The whole process for us buying and selling so quickly really seems like a miracle that was obviously meant to be, but it definitely would not have happened if we didn't have Kylie as our agent. Even after going unconditional with the sale of my property, she is still available to help with any queries I have in a very professional and calm way (especially when I feel slightly overwhelmed!). Anyway, overall Kylie is obviously incredible as an agent and as a human - I will be happy to do further testimonials for her and will be recommending her to everyone I know. We couldn't be happier with the journey and outcome of my property sale :)
