I have bought and sold several times with these two agents over the last 14 years. I consider myself a tricky creature to deal with but regardless they have tenaciously battled on to get a great result each time... and turn up with a smile and good humour. Their knowledge of the constantly moving market is on point and they are skilled at gauging buyers wants and abilities to purchase or sell. It is common for agents to set quixotic prices to vendors which can never be achieved and end in disappointment for all involved but with this team you get honest, achievable guidelines and, if you are as lucky as I am, receive a very handy chopping board at the end of the deal. I have five such chopping boards and therefore consider myself well placed to write an honest appraisal of these two outstanding agents! I remain available for any further reference if required. Belinda and Kylie are professionals in their field. Their advice regarding the market was spot on. I trusted them 100% to do their job well. The weekly written reports were excellent but I would have appreciated a bit more verbal communication. As homes are currently taking 3 months or more to sell, a verbal update/advice every second week would be good. Sellers in this market feel quite anxious so I think the one on one communication is critical to help sellers to understand feedback they are receiving in the report. I found myself calling my girlfriend in Australia who runs her own company about the feedback and whether or not I should worry about it. She was the one helping to put my fears aside and encouraging me to be patient in this market. I also appreciated Kylie’s straight up approach. We were told while in France that an offer was coming in and it was Kylie who said it wasn’t a good offer. It was such a bad offer, $300,000 under what we ended up with, that it would have been a huge shock without a bit of a warning. All my dealings with Lauryn were excellent. I highly recommend her and found her communication was just great. Belinda was always professional and our dealings with her, one on one were great. She is a highly knowledgeable and trusted real estate agent. We appreciate everything that Belinda, Kylie and Lauryn did to secure a result for us.
