I would like to thank Kylie and Roger for their valuable assistance, which gave us confidence when selecting an agent to sell my home while we are overseas. As, we checked the agents around the area and randomly picked them based on a few sales records. They are not only the champ in my property area but surrounding too. They were so friendly, communicative (answered lots of questions clearly to give us more assurance), hardworking, committed, and work above and beyond though we were not in New Zealand. We feel satisfied now that we have made a good choice, which has helped to reduce anxiety in making such an important decision, so thank you Team. And yes, my property was a sales record in the area for Dec 2021 despite all the new restrictions from govt to slow the house market down. You both are a champ team!
