What a superstar Kylie is! She worked so hard and was tenacious even when obstacles blocked the way, whilst still remaining friendly, professional and optimistic. We were concerned at the beginning of the process, as we live overseas and wondered how we’d manage do our bit as sellers to make any changes needed to the property or sign the paperwork on time etc. But we got there thanks to Kylie. She liaised with all parties promptly to get things sorted on our behalf. Even things like unlocking the house to let tradespeople in when required. The clear, regular communication was also very much appreciated.
