So, when it came time to sell our much-loved home—and knowing we couldn’t be there in person because we lived overseas—we knew Kylee was the perfect agent for the job. From the start, Kylee was super attentive and professional, giving us all the info we needed to market our house. She offered great advice, worked late hours when needed, and we trusted her right away. She guided us through the whole process, coordinating with our property manager, lawyer, staging company, and even made sure the lawns were mowed so the place looked its best. Kylee kept us updated after each open home, gave us regular feedback, and made sure we were ready for auction day. While the auction didn’t go as planned, she provided all the advice we needed to take the next steps, which ultimately led to a successful sale. After buying and selling seven properties, we’ve worked with quite a few real estate agents, and we both agree—Kylee is hands down the best one we’ve ever worked with.
