Kyle went the extra mile to help me and he was always patient. I can be difficult and I'm sure that I tried his patience at times but he never showed it. He did a few extra things for me such as fixing the pantry door when it came off it's hinges and replacing a smoke detector. My final price was below my initial expectations, but the house was very difficult to sell, as it has some issues and the price was what the market dictated. Kyle has a lot of local knowledge and I would recommend him. I felt that he had my interests at heart.
