Born and bred in the Far North, Kyal Collins has a lifelong connection to the land and community he now represents through Bayleys. Growing up on the family farm in Mangamuka, Kyal developed a strong work ethic, practical rural knowledge, and a deep appreciation for the Northland way of life.
Kyal’s professional background includes senior leadership roles with the Northland Rugby Union, where he worked his way from Referee Educator to Head of Operations. His time in rugby honed his skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management - all of which now play a vital role in his real estate career.
After his time with the Rugby Union, Kyal made a natural move into real estate, focusing on farm and lifestyle properties across the Far North. His rural background, combined with years of experience helping clients navigate property transactions, makes him a trusted advisor in the lifestyle and country market.
