Sold the House, Stress Free

Kurt and Lisa were awesome! From the first kōrero over coffee with Kurt through to auction day, we were kept in the loop every step of the way. It wasn't just the usual updates either. We got detailed feedback from every private viewing, so we always knew what was going on. The whole process made us feel like we were right there, even though we were overseas by the time the house hit the market. They were honest, realistic, and upfront from day one, which gave us a lot of confidence in their advice. We changed plenty of things along the way, including dates, marketing, staging, and other details, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Everything was handled professionally and made easy for us. The photos and videos were a real standout too. They felt fresh and modern, captured the home beautifully, and clearly helped get plenty of people through the door. We've dealt with agents before, but this was how selling a home should be. The communication was on point , the advice was genuine, and what could have been a stressful process felt easy from start to finish. Even from overseas, we always felt involved and well looked after. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to sell their home.
