Kulwinder Kaur

We had a great experience. They were very professional, approachable, and always kept us updated throughout the process. We really appreciated their patience and support. Highly recommended!

I really value her patience with us, especially since we're first-time home buyers. She listened carefully to what we liked and suggested some great houses. She's very friendly and took the time to answer all our questions patiently. I definitely recommend her as a real estate agent.

Kulwinder has excellent market knowledge, which made the process of buying our first home in New Zealand much easier and more enjoyable. She clearly explained every step, guided us with confidence, and provided valuable insights about the property market. Her communication was clear and timely, and she was always professional, approachable, and supportive. As first-home buyers, we truly appreciated her expertise and the way she made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Kulwinder Kaur always being Excellent towards the work. Very Professional.

Our agent really guide us through the purchase process. We had very little knowledge about the buying the property in NZ. We are very happy we the service provided in getting our first home.

To be honest, it was really a bad experience for us as first home buyers. Lack of communication - wherever she need, she can call you 11 pm but on your turns zero response. Limited knowledge of home appliances...explain under floor heating as ventilation equipment Lack of professionalism- Once the settlement happened then ask us to grab key from Harcourts office... Much more to say 🤐🤐🤐🤐
