To be honest, it was really a bad experience for us as first home buyers. Lack of communication - wherever she need, she can call you 11 pm but on your turns zero response. Limited knowledge of home appliances...explain under floor heating as ventilation equipment Lack of professionalism- Once the settlement happened then ask us to grab key from Harcourts office...
