Finding and purchasing a new home is a big deal and working with Krystal was great. She listened to me about what I was looking and let me know about a property she thought would suit me which I ended up purchasing. It ticked nearly all my boxes. The process from first viewing the property to settlement was a bit of a journey however throughout it Krystal's communication was excellent.
