Krystal, was great to work with. She lead all our open homes and was excellent at communicating updates straight after every open home via video message, and followed up efficiently with all interested parties keeping us in the loop with the progress. She sent also weekly updates around internet viewing numbers, like properties sold in the area and inquiries. We were selling a tenanted investment property and she was a great communicator with our tenant in organizing open homes and extra viewings as well. We really appreciated Krystal’s dedicated approach and professionalism in listing, organizing viewings and selling our investment property.
